Shape Your Life (SYL) has a new home!

As of April 2017 our new home will be Bloor Street Boxing & Fitness. 

What is Shape Your Life (SYL)?  — SYL provides free, recreational boxing for women (self-identified) who have experienced violence. SYL is place to learn how to box in a safe, fun, and supportive environment.  The SYL boxing classes are designed for beginners. Each class is on Sunday and is two hours long.

This is a free program. Equipment, TTC and free snacks are provided.

The current SYL session is Sunday’s 1:30-3:30, January 14 – April 15. Stay tuned for more updates about the new location and times for new SYL sessions, including the open/drop in sessions for participants who have already taken the 14-week SYL program, in addition to free weekly yoga classes. 

  • SYL participants (who have finished the SYL program) are also invited to join us for a drop-in boxing session (or weight training) with a SYL coach and Tania every Sunday 3:30-4:45. TTC tokens provided.

  • SYL participants (who just finished the SYL program) are also invited to a weekly free yoga session. Yoga is Sundays 5:00 – 6:00 for SYL participants only. TTC tokens provided.
